In case of Exchange You have to ship the items back to our address within 15 days of the delivery date.
In case of Return You have to ship the items back to our address within 03 days of the delivery date.
Important : Exchange / Return will only be processed if the Returned Merchandise is unused / Unwashed and with all original Accessories i.e Tag, Label & Poly Bag etc
According to COURIER policy, Customers aren't allowed to Open the Parcel and check it before making the full payment. Please co-operate if any such query takes place.
